Fine Dining

Once a month, the residents are treated to a special meal prepared by the Dietary Manager.

To enhance residents dining experience the tables are set with linen table cloths, napkins and china. Floral arrangements adorn the center of each table. Residents are waited on by staff and are served their beverage of choice upon arrival to this special meal.

The residents are asked for input at monthly resident council meetings as well as at quarterly food committee meetings for menu ideas. Deep fried shrimp is one of their favorites. The meals served at fine dining are typically not items served on the regular menu, which makes it more special for residents.

Fine dining is done on a monthly basis, once for the ladies' group and again for the mens' group. Fine dining is something that residents really enjoy and look forward to.
