Our full-time staff consists of Nancy Burmeister, RN/Certified Nurse Practitioner and Paul Havens, MD who specialize in Family Practice.

Nursing Services
The clinic is staffed with friendly, qualified LPN's with RN supervision and coverage.

Laboratory Services
The Littlefork Medical Center's Laboratory is fully certified by the Commission on Office Laboratory Accreditation (COLA) and the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment (CLIA). The lab is staffed Monday through Friday with qualified staff and provides for the following services:

Full range of reference and maintenance lab testing for the purpose of diagnosis and management of disease.
Drug testing

Radiology
The radiology department provides diagnostic x-ray services with the use of trained staff. The department has a consulting radiologist.

Dispensary
The center's dispensary is fully licensed by the MN Board of Pharmacy. The center has available a full range of prescription medications and is open Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm. It is staffed with Registered Pharmacy Technicians and is served by a Registered Pharmacist Consultant. The Littlefork Medical Center participates in a wide variety of Medicare Part D plans

	Physical Therapy The clinic has a full-time physical therapist to provide the following services:
	Evaluation and treatment of joint and muscle problems, work hardening/body mechanics training Thermo therapy/hydrotherapy rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises Iontophoresis/electrical stimulation

Dietary/Nutritional Consults
The Littlefork Medical Center offers monthly dietary/nutritional consults performed by a Registered Dietitian employed by A'viands Food Services Management Company.

Social Services
In conjunction with the Littlefork Medical Center's Long-term Care Facility, a licensed social worker is available to coordinate social services when necessary.

Insurance Billing
The business offices are open 8am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday to provide complete and accurate billing services. All coverages including commercial insurances are billed to the appropriate agency. The Littlefork Medical Center participates in a wide range of programs including:

Minnesota Care

The Littlefork Medical Center accepts assignment on Medicare Part B claims.

Tele-medicine
The Littlefork Medical Center is proud to serve their patients with Tele-medicine. Tele-medicine technology allows the patient to be referred to see a specialist through the University of Minnesota-Fairview for their health concerns here at the Littlefork Medical Center without having to leave Littlefork.
