Making Music and Making a Difference!
Littlefork’s very own Chief Executive Officer Kimberly Perkins was one of 10 vocalists selected from various senior living companies throughout the United States to perform in a music video for the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA). The song and video, “Every Day We Make a Difference,” served as the theme and opening song for the 2010 ALFA conference and Expo. Kimberly was selected from more than 100 audition tapes. Congratulations Kimberly!
LMC Health Center Received Excellence in Action Award for 2006 and 2009
LMC’s Health Center received the Excellence in Action award for achieving high levels of excellence!
May 17, 2010 — My InnerView awarded 519 nursing homes throughout the nation for the best-in-class, Excellence in Action award. This honor recognizes nursing homes that achieve high levels of excellence as demonstrated by having overall customer or workforce satisfaction levels that fall within the top national10%.
“This year’s award recipients are recognized and applauded by their customers and employees,” said Neil Gulsvig, President, My InnerView. “This annual award underscores the difference these nursing homes are making in the lives of their customers and staff.”
The award is presented to My InnerView customers who completed a customer (resident or family) satisfaction survey and scored in the top 10% of qualifying facilities on the question “What is your recommendation of this facility to others?” or “What is your recommendation of this facility as a place to work?” in terms of the percentage of respondents rating the facility as “excellent.”
